Bhopal - Sanchi - Bhopal

After breakfast excursion to Sanchi - Sanchi is founded in the third century by Emperor Ashoka to house relics of Buddha. Visit the archaeological site, the Mecca of Indian Art: Main Stupa, magnificent monument in the shape of a half-sphere on recounting his torana (carved porticoes) the life of Buddha museum with remarkable statues of Buddha, stupas and other Buddhist monasteries.
Return to Bhopal and visit the museum, the Taj-ul-Masjid, a huge unfinished mosque built in the nineteenth century, the Birla temple and the Jama Masjid mosque in the other nineteenth century located near the bazaars. Overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast we take you for sightseeing tour of Khajuraho temples. The trip is to the Eastern Group of Khajuraho temples. Orchha - Datia - Gwalior

After breakfast visit Orchha - Orchha is a small town placed on the banks of River Betwa and accurately translates to "hidden place "and is a well known traveler Destination. Orchha is residence to Bundella style of structural design and the palaces of Orchha bear observer to the magnificent work of medieval architects. The famous amongst this are Raj Mahal and Jahangir Mahal. The Raj Mandir - built on a square base has plain external with projecting windows. The Jahangir Mahal, built to welcome the Mughal emperor Jahangir is the magnificent example of Hindu structural design. The other attractions include the Raj Mahal, The Sheesh Mahal, the chaturbhuj temple. Along with these there are numerous Chhatris of royals or cenotaphs dotting the banks of the river Betwa.

Later drive to Gwalior via Datia. Datia mentioned in Mahabharata as the Daityavakra. Datia is most famous for the 17 th century, 7 storey hilltop Palace of Raja Bir Singh Deo. Among its main historical monuments Do not miss to see the temple with Mughal frescoes and the Gopeshwar Temple. On arrival at Gwalior check-in at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Gwalior - Agra

After breakfast go for half day sightseeing tour of Gwalior and visit the majestic Gwalior Fort and Saas Bahu Temple. The Gwalior fort spreads out over an area of 3 square km, surrounded by concrete walls of sandstone. The Gwalior fort encloses three temples, six palaces and numerous water tanks.

Sas-Bahu temple, or Sahastrabahu Temple, built by King Mahipala of the Kachchhapaghata dynasty is a beautiful temple in Gwalior. The temple is a marvellous example of architectural brilliance and the intricate designing is worth noticing. The entire temple is adorned with carvings and a beautiful idol of Brahma, Vishnu and Saraswati.

Afternoon drive to Agra. On arrival at Agra check-in at hotel. At early evening visit Mehtab Bagh, These botanical gardens give you an opportunity to view the Taj at a remove from the crowds of tourists. Overnight stay at hotel.

Agra - Delhi Drop

Today In the morning visit the famous Taj Mahal built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. This monument is made of white marble and it took 22 years to get constructed.

Later visit the Agra Fort which has the Pearl Mosque, Diwan-e-am (the hall of public audience) and Diwan-e-Khas (the hall of private audience). Afternoon drive back to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi transfer to Airport / Railway Station for your onward destination.

The Taj-ul-Masajid, is a mosque situated in Bhopal, India. It is the largest mosque in India and one of the largest mosques in Asia. Khajuraho Group of Monuments

The Khajuraho Group of Monuments is a group of Hindu temples and Jain temples. They are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The temples are famous for their nagara-style architectural symbolism and their erotic sculptures. Most Khajuraho temples were built between 950 AD and 1050 AD by the Chandela dynasty. Historical records note that the Khajuraho temple site had 85 temples by the 12th century, spread over 20 square kilometers. Of these, only about 25 temples have survived, spread over six square kilometers.

The Orchha Fort complex, which houses a large number of ancient monuments consisting of the fort, palaces, temple, and other edifices, is located in the Orchha. The fort complex, which is accessed from an arched causeway, leads to a large gateway. This is followed by a large quadrangular open yard surrounded by palaces. These are Raja Mahal or Raja Mandir, Sheesh Mahal, Jahangir Mahal, a temple, gardens and pavilions. The battlements of the fort have ornamentation. Notable architectural features in the fort complex are projected balconies, open flat areas and decorated latticed windows.

Shri Peetambra Peetha is a complex of Hindu temples , located in the city of Datia. It was, according to many legends 'Tapasthali' (place of meditation) of many mythological as well as real life people. The Shivling of shree Vankhandeswar Shiva is tested and approved by the Archaeological Survey of India to be of the same age as that of the Mahabharata. It is primarily a Shaktipeeth place of worship (devoted to Mother Goddess).

Gwalior Fort

Gwalior Fort is a hill fort near Gwalior. The fort has existed at least since the 10th century, and the inscriptions and monuments found within what is now the fort campus indicate that it may have existed as early as the beginning of the 6th century. The fort has been controlled by a number of different rulers in its history. The present-day fort consists of a defensive structure and two main palaces, Gujari Mahal and Man Mandir, built by Man Singh Tomar (reigned 1486–1516 CE). The Gujari Mahal palace was built for Queen Mrignayani. It is now an archaeological museum.

Sasbahu Temple

Sasbahu Temple, also called the Sahastrabahu Temple or Harisadanam temple, is an 11th-century twin temple in Gwalior, dedicated to God Vishnu in his Padmanabha form, like most Hindu and Jain temples in this region, It was built in 1093 by King Mahipala of the Kachchhapaghata dynasty, according to an inscription found in the larger of the twin temple. The twin temples are situated in the Gwalior Fort. This temple mainly has three entrances from three different directions. The entire temple is covered with carvings, notably 4 idols of Brahma, Vishnu and Saraswati above its entrance door. The pillar carvings show Vaishnavism, Shaivism and Shaktism related carvings. The larger temple ornamentation covers all the exterior walls and all surviving interior surfaces

Taj Mahal

The Taj Mahal means?'Crown of the Palace', is an ivory-white marble mausoleum on the southern bank of the river Yamuna in Agra. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan to house the tomb of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal; it also houses the tomb of Shah Jahan himself. The Taj Mahal was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983 for being "the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage". It's also consider as 7 Wonders of the World.
