How to register for Amarnath Yatra 2022?

As mentioned earlier, the Amarnath Yatra 2022 dates are from 30 June 2022 to 11 August 2022 and it is absolutely compulsory to complete the registration formalities for the trip and carry the proper documents. Here is the detailed information for the registration: 

You have two ways in which you can register for the trip. You can obtain Yatra Permit from the approved banks and registration centres.

  • For online registration, you need to download the form from the official website of the Amarnath Shrine Board and then attach the necessary documents, including a Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) issued on or after the specified date by the Authorized Doctor or Medical Institution. You can also apply for the permit on the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB). The registration fee for Amarnath Yatra 2022 is INR 100. Remember that the age limit of Yatris is between 13 years and 75 years. Pregnant women of more than 6 months are not allowed for Yatra.
  • For offline registration of Amarnath Yatra, you can visit the designated banks along with the necessary documents such as Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC), original identity proof, and photographs. The few essential documents you will need during the Yatra are Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, or some other documents for identification.
  • 4 people can register for the Yatra with one mobile number. You can use credit cards, debit cards, or net banking for online payment.
