Arrive London

Meals: Dinner

Today, arrive at your Heathrow Airport / Wembley area hotel (transfer not included), and check-in (after 14:00 p.m.). In the afternoon, you will meet your Tour Manager and depart for a panoramic tour of London to see the main sights: Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Tower Bridge. Early evening return to your hotel.

London – Folkestone / Dover – Calais – Brussels -The Netherlands

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

This morning, at the check-in point, you will meet your Tour Manager and join the coach for a leisurely drive from London to Folkestone or Dover, for the short channel crossing to Calais by Eurotunnel Le Shuttle or Ferry. On arrival, we proceed to
Brussels, the capital of Belgium and the seat of several European Union institutions including the European Commission and Parliament. Here we visit the Grand Place and see the Mannekin Pis statue and the Atomium (photo stop). We then visit Mini-Europe, a miniature park where you can see models of famous monuments from European cities like Brussels, London, Paris, Venice, etc., built to a scale of 1:25. Later we drive to our hotel and check-in for a two-night stay.

The Netherlands: Zaanse Schans / Lisse, Volendam, Amsterdam

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Today, we visit a working windmill village -Zaanse Schans (or Keukenhof Gardens for arrivals in Holland between March 23rd and May 21st). Zaanse Schans, the open air museum, with its characteristic green wooden houses, warehouses and historic windmills gives the feeling of having stepped back in time. We also visit a cheese and clog making farm. You can sample local made cheeses and learn how the famous wooden clogs are made, Later, we drive north through the flat landscape of Holland passing windmills from a bygone era to visit the picturesque fishing village of Volendam, where you have some free time. We then proceed to the cosmopolitan city
of Amsterdam for a canal cruise through the city‟s complex system of waterways.
Later we return to our hotel.

The Netherlands -Germany: Cologne – Rhine Cruise -Frankfurt / Mannheim area

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Today we proceed east across The Netherlands and into Germany. Joining the autobahn, we arrive at the famous city of Cologne where you can marvel Europe‟s largest Gothic twin spire cathedral. Continuing our drive into the Rhine valley we
board a cruise ship for an unforgettable trip along the River Rhine. Admire the majestic views, mountain top fairy tale castles and fortresses from a bygone era. Late evening check into our hotel for an overnight stop.

Germany: Mannheim / Frankfurt area – Black Forest – Switzerland: Rhine Falls -Zurich

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Today, we depart after breakfast. Joining the autobahn we enter the enchanting Black Forest region, where you will marvel at the timeless serenity and unparalleled scenery around you. We visit a Cuckoo Clock outlet where you have time to shop for cuckoo clocks and other souvenirs. Continuing our drive, we pass through small idyllic villages before crossing the Swiss border. Our first stop in Switzerland is to visit the majestic Rhine Falls. We then proceed to the financial capital of Switzerland, Zurich for a short panoramic tour. Later we check-in at our hotel for a two-night stay.

Switzerland: Jungfraujoch -Interlaken

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Today, we first drive to Lauterbrunnen (or Grindelwald Grund), where we board the train for the scenic journey to Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe, the highest railway station in Europe at 3,454 metres (weather permitting). Visit the Ice Palace with ice sculptures or enjoy the panoramic views from the Sphinx Terrace. In the afternoon we begin our descent to the picturesque town of Interlaken, the scene of many “Bollywood” films, where you have some time to browse through the shops. After dinner, we return to our hotel.

Switzerland -Principality of Liechtenstein: Vaduz -Austria: Wattens Innsbruck

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

This morning we depart for the Principality of Liechtenstein, where you have some free time in the capital, Vaduz. Later we continue our drive to Wattens in Austria, where we visit the famous Swarovski Crystal Worlds, for a tour through the kaleidoscope of senses and to see sparkling crystal artworks by famous artists. Visit the Crystal Worlds Shop displaying a unique selection of Swarovski products. We then proceed to Innsbruck, the capital of the Tyrol region. Enjoy this charming town of green domes and red roofs -see the Hofburg and the Goldenes Dachl. Late evening we check into our hotel for an overnight stay.

Austria – Italy: Venice -Venice / Padova area

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

This morning we enjoy some spectacular scenery as we drive across Europabrucke, one of Europe‟s highest bridges, winding our way through the Brenner pass to cross the Italian border. We leave behind the mountains for sunny Italy, to visit Venice, the city of unparalleled beauty and romantic gondolas. Our visit begins with a boat ride to St. Mark‟s Square – the most elegant square in the world, to see the Bridge of Sighs, the Doges Palace and the Basilica di San Marco. Here we also have a chance to watch the Venetian glass blowers at work and maybe buy a souvenir for the family. Later enjoy a romantic Gondola ride -gliding through serene waters, against the stunning backdrop of Baroque buildings is an experience you won‟t soon forget. Late evening check-in at our hotel.

Italy: Venice / Padova area – Florence – Rome

Today we depart for Florence. Watch the amazing scenery change as we cross the Appennines and the gentle hilly countryside of Tuscany to reach Florence. On arrival in the city of the Medicis, we will visit Piazzale Michelangelo to enjoy one of the best views of this renaissance city across the River Arno. You then have some free time to wander around this city, where traffic is banned from the historic centre, admiring its
timeless beauty. Later we continue our journey to the „Eternal City‟, where we check
into our hotel for a two-night stay.

Italy: Rome – Capri -Rome

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Today we drive south down the Italian peninsula and past the well-tilled fields and orchards of the Neapolitan countryside. After crossing Naples, we reach the harbour where we will take the high-speed boat to Capri, the beautiful dream island of the Mediterranean. Weather-permitting, we will take the motor launch and row boats to the unique Blue Grotto, a large cavern lit by sunlight reflecting off the submerged limestone walls. Later you have some time off on your own to browse through the shops. Late afternoon we begin our return journey by the high-speed boat to the Naples harbour and then back to Rome. Return to our hotel.

Italy: Rome – Arezzo area

This morning, we meet our local guide and proceed to the Vatican City, where we will visit St. Peter‟s Basilica and Square, a renaissance masterpiece. Later we take in the ancient sights of Rome -Piazza Venezia, the Roman Forum, which was the political centre of the Roman Empire, Colosseum (photo stop), Arch of Constantine, Circus Maximus, and the spectacular Trevi Fountain, where you may make a wish. In the evening we depart from Rome and drive to our overnight stop -check-in at our hotel on arrival.

Italy: Arezzo -Pisa -Switzerland

Today we depart for Pisa, where we visit the Field of Miracles. Here you can marvel at the marble Cathedral in the Pisan Romanesque style, the Baptistery, and one of the wonders of the world, the legendary Leaning Tower. Later, we depart for Switzerland. On arrival at our hotel, we check-in for a three-night stay. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Switzerland: Glacier 3000 -GoldenPass Line -Montreux

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Today we visit Glacier 3000 (weather permitting): enjoy the 360-degree panoramic view that includes some of the most beautiful alpine peaks -from the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau to the Matterhorn, and views onto over 24 peaks that are over 4000 m high. Take a ride on the 'Ice Express' chairlift or experience the 'Peak Walk by Tissot',
the first and only suspension bridge to connect two mountain peaks (all activities are weather permitting). After lunch, we begin our descent to Gstaad, where we take the GoldenPass Line, one of the most beautiful and scenic railway routes in Switzerland to Montreux, where you have some free time for photos at the lakeside. Late evening we return to our hotel.

Switzerland: Broc -Bern -Vevey

This morning, we first drive to Broc to visit Maison Cailler, where all your senses can be immersed in the wonderful world of Cailler chocolate. We then proceed to the capital of Switzerland, Bern, whose quaint Old Town is a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site since 1983. On our walking tour we will visit the Bern BearPark where you may see the brown bears, to whom as per a legend, the city owes its name. Later, we see the Cathedral of Bern, the 'Zeitglockenturm' or the Clock Tower with its ornate astronomical clock and some of the fountains, dating from the Middle Ages, whose colourful figures and columns brighten up the city streets. Later we drive to town of Vevey, one of the “Pearls of the Swiss Riviera”, where we stop at the lakeside. Here you can take a photo of Vevey's most famous inhabitant, Charlie Chaplin, who spent the last twenty five years of his life here. Late evening we return to our hotel.

Switzerland: Geneva area – Geneva -France: Paris

Early morning, we depart for Geneva, Switzerland‟s truly cosmopolitan city and home to many international organizations. On our panoramic tour, we will see the main sights: UN buildings, English gardens, the Flower Clock and the Jet d‟eau (weather permitting). We then continue onto Paris, one of the most exciting and popular cities of Europe, renowned for its fashion, perfumes, and of course the most talked about French champagne and wines. On arrival in Paris, enjoy an amazing cruise (*) on the River Seine -admire the spectacular facades from your covered boat.

Today you have the choice of two exciting day tours:


Paris City Tour Today we proceed to Versailles, to visit the magnificent Gardens at the Palace of Versailles, the former residence of the famous “Sun King”. This afternoon on our orientation tour of Paris, we will be introduced to the main sights (outside view) of this beautiful city: Hôtel des Invalides, Place de la Concorde, Opéra National de Paris, the Louvre Museum and Arc de Triomphe. Later, enjoy some free time at the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, the beautiful boulevard known for its cinemas, cafés, and luxury shops (duration is time permitting). After dinner you may either rest in your hotel or join the additional excursion -Evening in Paris Tour. On our tour we will see the main sights illuminated. Later, why not join us for an exciting optional Lido Paris Cabaret Show.

Disneyland Paris (**) This morning we drive to the famous Disneyland Paris where a day of excitement awaits the entire family at Disneyland Park. Meet your favourite Disney characters, watch amazing shows, ride the hair-raising “Space Mountain: Mission 2” roller coaster, enter Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril and find yourself in a runaway wagon speeding through the ancient ruins. After dinner you may either rest in your hotel or join the additional excursion -Evening in Paris Tour. On our tour we will see the main sights illuminated. France: Paris – Calais -Ferry – Dover – London

Today we visit the third floor (***) of the Eiffel Tower to witness a spectacular panoramic view of the city. Later, we visit a French perfumery for some last minute shopping. Early afternoon we depart and journey north for Calais to board the ferry for the return channel crossing. On arrival at Dover port, we proceed to London, check into our hotel for an overnight stop. PAYMENTS

All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below. All payments made within 10 days prior to the tour departure date will have to be paid in cash / Demand Draft. Customer PAN number is mandatory for all transactions. Payments made towards the foreign exchange component of your tour will be calculated as per the ROE (rate of exchange) of that given day.

IMPORTANT NOTES :

Kindly Read Carefully below Important Notes :

1. MEALS :

There will be American or continental breakfast serve at the hotel and ATPL cannot make any changes in the spread served. Lunch/dinner wherever provided on tour is on pre-set menus by the restaurants. The meal type selected by the passenger such as Jain / Veg / Non Veg is subject to availability at restaurants or airlines. If Meals are missed out by passenger due to late or non arrival on given time or mentioned restaurant there will be no refund/compensation for the same.

2. VEHICLES / SEATING ARRANGEMENT: In case of coach breakdown, ATPL will make every efforts to fix the problem but please note there will be no refund or monetary compensation for inconvenience cause or any missed portion of the itinerary, it is advisable not to leave your belongings behind at the time of disembarking/leaving the coach. ATPL will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach. All baggage and valuables or your passport in all circumstances will be responsibility of passenger. On tours, coach or vehicle used for transfer purposes including local sightseeing. There is no specific seat allocation and will be on first cum first serve basis. If Flight / Cruise / Coach Transfers / Sight scene missed out due to weather conditions / traffic jamm / Security Check in or any unavoidable circumstances, ATPL will not be responsible for the same.

3.VISA: Passenger should hold valid travel documents, Passport and visas during tour. It will be the passenger's responsibility to provide complete set of documents for visa required by the embassy/consulate before 1 month from departure date or as advised by the Company. In case of the visa application made by passenger or by the Company on his/her behalf is rejected by the consulate due to inadequate supporting documents or late submission of document or for whatever reason where the visa could not be processed ATPL will not be responsible for the visas & Visa fees and tour booking amount will be non-refundable. Due to any clerical error regarding name, attachment of wrong photograph, duration and type of visa (single/multiple entry) occurring on passport, refusal of visas on arrival or delays in visa procedure ATPL will not liable for any compensation. Passport is required to be courier to different cities for visas, Company would forward them by reputed courier. In case of any transmission delays or loss of passport arising in such transmission Company would not be responsible to compensate the same.

4. AIRLINES : ATPL does not reserve any rights for seat selection in airlines. The internal airline used for package are LCC, no food will be served on board. It allows 20 KG Check in Luggage and 07 KG Cabin Luggage. Additional baggage weight charged will be borne by passenger. In case of any circumstances, if Airlines get delay or cancel its flight or If guest / group miss further connection of flights during their connecting flight for the international sector ATPL will not be responsible due to any reason for the same.

5. HOTELS If accommodation is not available in the mentioned hotel due to reason beyond our control. ATPL will make best efforts to shift passenger to a similar category hotel. No complaints or claim shall be made by the client in this respect. Also in case of the passenger are upgraded to a higher category room due to non-availability of STANDARD Room ATPL will not be liable to provide the same category room to other Guest.

6. During sight scene the vehicle will go up to permissible point only. From that point any arrangement to be made at extra cost have to be borne by passengers.

7. Check in time is 14:00 Hrs. and Check out time is 12:00 Hrs. and guest have to pay one night additional charge for early heck in or late check out.

8. Tour will be followed by itinerary and timing strictly. ATPL Tour Manager has the rights to change the itinerary on the tours with the concern of Head office due to unavoidable circumstances. Tour itinerary cannot be changed as per the passenger convenience.

9. In case of any Deportation / Arrest / Due to Immigration and Custom Clearance ATPL will not be legally responsible for any claim. There will be no refund for the tour package.

10. Optional sight scene have to be booked in advance paying an additional cost. There will be no refund / no change against the same.

11. Service will be given in exchange of Original Vouchers / itinerary only.

12. Akshar Travels will not be responsible for any kind of services & compensation in case of Death, accident, injury or any loss of baggage. All tourists advised to insure them-self by International Tourist Insurance or Mediclaim for any emergency during foreign Tour.

13. All Tourist are requested to check, watch & confirm Airlines Schedule Departure Time. In case of re-scheduling or cancellation of airlines / flight, if have any query requested to contact concern airlines.  

14. There is no refund for any unutilized services.

15. Passengers traveling on international tour must reach the airport at least 3 Hours before the departure time.

16. Please read all the general Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy before book your tour / package.

17. For Children Travelling Without Parents Under Age Of 18 Years Need To Provide Noc Affidavit On Twenty Rupees Stamp Paper.

18. If a guest who has booked a group tour wishes to deviate from the tour schedule before or after the tour, she/he can do so by paying an additional cost.

19. For Individual Bookings, Guests on an Indian Tour can co-ordinate with the driver of the car/coach. Guests on a World tour can co-ordinate with ground handling agents to plan the next day's visit and sightseeing program. The car/coach has specific time limits within which it operates coach.
